How long is your shipping time?

Subject to stock availability, we aim to dispatch your order within 48 working hours of confirmation. We endeavour to keep our stock updated, however, should your order be processed, and an item you have purchased be unavailable, we will notify you and offer a refund or an alternative subject to the product ordered.

For US customers, the delivery time is 5-7 business days
For Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, the delivery time is 7-10 business days.
For other countries/regions, the shipping time is 10-15 working days.
(Please note that delays caused by supplier or service and weather interruptions are not considered.)

DO YOU PROVIDE TRACKING INFORMATION?

Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contain your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.

MY TRACKING SAYS “NO INFORMATION AVAILABLE AT THE MOMENT”.

For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.

 

WILL MY ITEMS BE SENT IN ONE PACKAGE?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping.
